Erin Bolton Coletti is the Owner and CEO of Evolution. As a Functional Medicine Specialist, she holds a board in Obesity and Weight Management, was in the Military for 10 years (7 of those were served in the medical clinic) and after serving a few of her last years on Special Operation orders, she decided to get out as she was a Functional Medicine patient once herself.

She has over 13 years in Bio-Identical Hormone Therapy and education, POTS treatment and reversal, Reversal and Treatment of many GI issues including but not limited to Candidiasis of the Gut, GI Bleeds, Dysbiosis, Leaky Gut, Allergies, Auto-Immune issues, PCOS, Endometriosis, Weight Loss, Anti-Aging and Optimizing Health all while getting to the root cause of all.

She is currently working on another board at the Functional Medicine University. Other education includes Rutgers University, International School of Health Sciences, Completion of Healing the Aging Metabolism: Breakthroughs in Anti-Aging Nutrition, Completion of numerous courses through American Academy of Anti Aging Medicine to Include Bio-Idential Hormone Replacement, Reversing Physical Aging, Role and Hormones and Nutrients, Microbiome, and Certified in First Line Therapy.

Dr Chris Van Benschoten, MD

Dr. Christopher L. Van Benschoten M.D. has experience in Family Medicine, Pediatrics, Anti-aging, and Medical Cannabis. He graduated with a Doctorate at St. Matthew’s University School of Medicine after graduating with a Bachelor of Science from the University of North Florida. He is a highly skilled physician with a passion for anti-aging. He completed his residency as a Family Practitioner and was an Ambassador Physician Hospitalist in New Smyrna Beach, Florida.

In June 2005 Dr. Van Benschoten presented his work on Cord Blood Banking of Hematopoietic Stem Cells From Umbilical Cord Blood: An alternative Approach For Treating Acute Lymphocytic Leukemia at the University of North Florida senior research seminar. In November 2011 he spoke about Radiological Aspects of Childhood Craniopharyngioma at the Florida Hospital radiological conference case presentation. In March 2012 Dr Van Benschoten spoke about Pediatric Brain Tumors at the Interfaith Medical Center Pediatric Presentation.

Dr. Van Benschoten has volunteered his time at Green Gables Assisted Living Facility, 5K Run for Autism and 5K Run for Breast Cancer. He was also a Field Research Intern for the U.S Geological Survey in 2005. Dr. Christopher Van Benschoten’s hobbies include traveling, surfing, outdoor activities and photography.

A Firsthand Experience with Chiropractic

All of the kids on the baseball team, including Dr. Scott Coletti got adjusted and looked up to the chiropractor. This experience gave him a firm foundation of chiropractic care and intrigued him to learn more.

Growing up with a mentality of healing naturally, Dr. Coletti rarely took medications. He believed that when it came to health, less was more. This philosophy aligned with chiropractic care as a means of natural healing without the use of drugs or surgery.

Once he graduated with his undergraduate degree, he called a friend who was a few years older that was in chiropractic college. After talking to him, he gravitated toward chiropractic college and hasn’t looked back since.

Becoming a Believer

Dr. Coletti chose to attend Life University in Marietta, GA. He still remembers a time during his residency in Marietta when he was delivering newspapers early in the morning. One customer had a 9 year old daughter who wasn’t able to control her bladder, had to wear diapers and had been to every physician or specialist they could think of.

Dr. Coletti recommended that she and her daughter visit him for care. They arrived, desperate for anything to help. After just three adjustments, he was able to align the girl’s spine and lower back that helped her regain control of her nerves.

Erin and the entire staff in Evolution are amazing people. I decided to contact them because I was at the end of my rope trying to figure out how to fix my health. Nothing I did was working. I honestly had reservations about this program too. I was so wrong! The diet, supplements, and meds they gave me absolutely were worth it all. They were able to figure out what was wrong and gave me everything I needed to help my body "reset." The program and instructions were easy to follow, I always got responses when I had questions, and they made it so easy to get refills for whatever I needed. My health is improving drastically and my weight is coming off like it's supposed to. I cannot thank God enough for helping me find Erin and her staff at Evolution Weight Loss and Hormones when I needed them the most. I have been through a long journey of medical conditions and unexplainable symptoms for more than twenty years. I have seen many doctors, and none of these doctors have been able to help me with my symptoms or giving me a specific diagnosis. The worst and most terrifying part of this ongoing journey was to see how my doctors continued to prescribe medications that could cause severe side effects without having a proper diagnosis. I came to Erin with a long list of unexplainable and chronic issues starting with my stomach, joints, skin, inflammation, arthritis, pcos, insomnia, hair loss, I could not drink water because it will upset my stomach so bad, and the list goes on and on. I was exhausted and felt helpless. However, I continued to pray for answers. Top notch team that goes above and beyond to truly HELP clients Iive their best lives! I was so tired of hearing from my primary care physician that all my tests came back normal and there really wasn't anything wrong! My body was telling me there was something wrong and after my very first visit with Erin, I knew that I had found the answer to my prayers!
