New year, new beginning?

Maybe. Had my 6th and final phlebotomy. On my seventh, saw the doc again. Took some blood and… drum roll…

Ferritin: 59

So from 989 in the summer to 59 after just 6 phlebotomies and supplements is pretty good going.

Blood pressure is still a little high and he gave me some pills for that. Before I took them I measured my bp at home and it was close to normal. Am wondering if I get anxious and this raises the bp at the doctors? I never feel anxious.

But anyway, all is good and the next step will be to get my gut issues sorted.

This. S**t. Works.
